- emitters emit waves that penetrate indoor such as LW or UHF

- these waves carry a synchonised emission time, and their place of emission

- receivers listen to at least three different emitters

- and deduct their own location

- the system is independent from GPS

as it does not need any satellite-based emitter

- Hower it can be used as a complement to classical GPS

  an alternative to satellite based GPS

by verifying anbd registering the delivery place

by gelocalising the  receiving payment terminal

  and scrambling the misleading signals

monitors will have scrambled any  sucessor to a wrong signal
